Payments:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta via Stripe and Paypal. We also accept payment via Clearpay and Klarna.

Receipt of Order Confirmation:
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact oliverjamesonline@hotmail.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Our Prices:
Our prices are clearly set out on the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of postage. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Portrayal of products:
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Availability:
All items are subject to availability. Items on this website are listed for sale elswhere. We do our best to keep the stock up to date. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are no longer available. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and will keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.

International Delivery:
Please Note for customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, shipping costs will be given prior to placing your order. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers either by e-mail or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify and confirm delivery charges. If you have not heard from us within 7 days of placing your order, please do get in touch by e-mail oliverjamesonline@hotmail.com

Cancellation:
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order with us. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email oliverjamesonline@hotmail.com
If your order has already been dispatched please follow our Returns policy information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we will exchange, replace, or refund your order.
Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 14 days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our return address. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.
